if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please immediately send us a message via our contact page stating the reason that you wish to return the item, the email

. Having contacted us, the item should be returned within 48 hours of receipt.
Upon safe receipt of the returned item, we will give a full refund, excluding
postage and insurance, provided that the item is received in the SAME CONDITION
as it was sent and returned in the same packaging and manner, i.e.
Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery. Proof of posting should always be obtained.

Currently we accept the following methods of payment:-
- Personal Cheque (for UK only item(s) will be sent once cheque has

- Direct Bank Transfer
When you confirm your order we will provide you with a link to Paypal and send
you details of how to pay by cheque. If you would like to pay by direct bank
transfer then we will provide you with our details upon request.
The postal charges that we charge are based upon Geographical region. We use the regions and charges as detailed below

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Within the United Kingdom
All items are wrapped and packaged securely. If you are returning an item, please
make sure that you do the same. All items are sent through Royal Mail by First-Class
Recorded Delivery up to the value of £36, anything over that amount will
be sent via Special Delivery, thereby insuring the item, not exceeding a value of
£500, and requiring a signature upon receipt.
For international shipping, all items will be sent either by Airsure or International
Signed For, under these services the parcel is automatically insured for a value
not exceeding £250. If you require further insurance, then shipping costs
will have to be determined after the order has been placed.
We always obtain proof of posting and therefore cannot be held liable/responsible
for any packages that may be lost in transit. It is possible to claim for losses
through Royal Mail, provided a suitable amount of insurance has been purchased.
All the vintage jewellery/accessories offered by us is in excellent or very good
condition, unless otherwise specified. Please find below a guide of condition ratings
for your information.
PLEASE NOTE all items are individual, there are not, as a rule, duplicates of any
item. These are vintage pieces and no longer mass-produced, (unless otherwise stated).

Almost new condition, no noticeable flaws, discoloured stones and virtually no plating
or enamel loss.
There maybe some minor signs of wear or age, i.e. slight wear to the plating or
enamel, minor foil damage to the stones. Flaws will be minor but just enough to
downgrade the item from an "excellent" condition rating. Any such flaws will be
listed under the description of a specific item.
There will be clear signs of wear and age, such as noticeable plating and/or enamel
loss, the stones may be dull or greying. Again, specific flaws will be pointed out
in the item description.
Major condition problems i.e. broken pin, catches, serious wear to plating etc.,
deterioration of stones. Consequently, the price has been adjusted accordingly.
